Registration and Check-in
All attendees are required to check in at the registration desks once they enter the coference building. Only the registered guest are allowed to access the conferenece room.

Registration-Desk Service Time & Venue
Dec. 1st from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Venue: Board Room Three - Ground Level - Rydges on Swanston Melbourne 701 Swanston Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
Note: this is an outside hotel which is adjacent to the University of Melbourne in the central neighborhood of Carlton.

Dec. 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Woodward Conference Centre - University of Melbourne

Identification Badge
All participants are required to wear name badges at all times while in the symposium area or at symposium-sponsored events. No access to the exhibit, break and technical session areas if a name badge is not visible.

Presentation Request
Presenters should notice there has time limit for each invited presentation (20 minutes, Time includes Q & A).
The symposium organizer will provide necessary technical support for presentation (Computer, U-drive, Laser Pen, etc.).

Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed in Conference buliding Woodward Conference Centre area. This will give posters a high visibility among the participants in the symposium, and will provide time for poster viewing and interaction between poster and conference attendees.
